DT 22669 & DT 23552

DT 22669 and DT 23552 are immune modulators with a similar spectrum of action to Lisofylline (LSF). Both have demonstrated oral bioavailability in primates. DT 22669 has demonstrated pre-clinical efficacy in protecting human β-cells from cytokine damage and in reducing the development of type 1 diabetes in a rodent model. DT 22669 and DT 23552 are currently in pre-clinical development to target prevention and treatment of diabetic nephropathy, diabetic retinopathy, Latent Autoimmune Diabetes in Adults (LADA) and treating insulin requiring type 2 diabetes.
